1 Definitions and Interpretation

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. If it is established that a Player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the Account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

4 Account Registration and Security

To use the nbd777 Platform, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required during registration. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. 7 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment credentials.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

nbd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The Account has been dormant (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, nbd777 is entitled to withhold any balance pending investigation. 16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the nbd777 Platform, you agree that any dispute which cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Clause 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17 Entire Agreement
